Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations


Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included

📌 Returns will not be accepted for minor color variations or normal wear & tear.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene/safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after the allowed return window

  • Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos of the product showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

⚠️ Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective products, we offer free replacement

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of images/videos

  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
